Impressed with LET Therapy Method
I just completed my 2nd session for the LET and have been very impressed by the system. Jean took the time to get to know what is going on with my health and explain how the therapy can work to assist in my healing efforts. I purchased the 3 session bundle and am feeling positive that it will take some patience and time, but this could easily be the game changer to break through to some major healing that my mind-body has been desperately needing. I am grateful that someone recommended me to Jean and her talents. I would absolutely suggest to do some research on all the services they offer and give it a try - totally worth it!!

She also addressed some sinus and chest congestion I am having with her skillful touch. In addition to the beneficial therapy I was also able to soundly rest for an hour as she worked. I had a great experience today! It was recommended to me since I’ve had a persistent upper respiratory infection that I go try the salt booth at Skilled Touch. It was quick and easy and I truly felt much better afterwards. I was fortunate that Jean(the owner) was sitting in the reception area when I leaving and she gave me a wonderful explanation for all the salt booth does for our lungs, sinuses and overall being! Trigger point massage
Kathy is knowledgeable especially about the head and neck area. She is good at tracing issues to other areas and releasing trigger points with strong pressure. The massage gun doesn't seem to be as effective as the manual massage. It is also nice and relaxing even though it is painful releasing the trigger points but worth it.

Best massage ever
I have a history of breast cancer. I have an unusual amount of scar tissue. Jean gave me a massage to break up this tissue. My breathing is much better, plus I am feeling much better after my massage. Jean definitely how to relieve the tightness and discomfort. I feel great.

I have been battling issues with my back for well over a year and had an MRI done that revealed 2 bulging discs in my lower back. After many visits to a chiropractor, spinal decompression and 2 epidurals. I had resigned myself to the fact that my only option left was surgery. I was visiting with Jean about my situation and she suggested that I have Jillian do MFR on me and after having 4 treatments I am amazed at the results! I haven't felt this good in over a year and a half and I'm now convinced that I won't need to have surgery and with follow up treatments I'm positive she'll be able to reverse the effects of the bulging discs.

I was referred to Kathy for trigger point massage via Rachel, who had given me a deep tissue massage. She suggested I needed a more specific treatment. When I started seeing Kathy, she recognized that I was needing myofascial release along with trigger point massage. I have lived with chronic pain for 12+ years and both Kathy and Rachel recognized that I needed more specialized treatment then just your typical massage. They both listened and played to their strengths. If you've lived with extreme pain, frozen shoulder, migraines, etc. I highly recommend seeing Kathy, she is highly skilled at her craft and while it may be painful to get through, you will feel so much better.
